Together with compatible accessories, AXIS Q1775-E is designed for installation on buildings for monitoring entrances, exits and perimeters, and for pole mounting for surveillance of parking lots or general city surveillance purposes.
The camera can deliver high-quality live video from highways, intersections, tunnels, bridges and main commuter routes in order to prevent accidents and to enable immediate responses.

The camera has a built-in slot for an SDHC/SDXCTM* memory card which makes it possible to store days of recording without any external equipment.
Power over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3af) supplies power to the camera through the network, eliminating the need for power cables and reducing installation costs.
AXIS Q1775-E includes a removable sunshield and wall bracket.

AXIS Q1775-E includes video intelligence, such as enhanced video motion detection and active tampering alarm, and enhanced capacity for analytics.
In addition, it includes a Gatekeeper functionality which automatically zooms in when there is activity in the scene, and then zooms out after a preset time interval.
The camera also supports the installation of intelligent video applications, such as people counting, and AXIS Camera Application Platform and AXIS Video Hosting System, as well as open programming interfaces for software integration, including ONVIF.
